Service Description

The suggested sequence of working is to begin with familiar massage strokes to “set the scene”. Then progress to strokes from this treatment including those that incorporate movements with the massage, to encourage deep release. Then do some of the movement stretches to consolidate the feeling of suppleness regained. Trigger points release techniques included. Scalp massage and head acupressure also included.
