Siam Holistic Therapy Policy

1. Appointments and Scheduling

       •       Booking: Appointments can be booked on WhatsApp 0789 9294159, over the phone, or in person. Walk-ins are not accepted (appointment only)
       •       Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first appointment to complete the necessary paperwork and ensure a full session. For your second and next visit, please arrive 10 minutes early to sign the consent form.
       •       Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Total session rates will apply.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

       •       Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
       •       Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of £20 of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged the £20 service cost.

3. Health and Safety

       •       Health Conditions: Before the massage, clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies. This information is crucial for the therapist to tailor the session appropriately.
       •       Hygiene: We maintain a clean and safe environment. Clients are requested to practice good personal hygiene and are encouraged to shower before the session.
       •       COVID-19 Precautions: Masks are required for both clients and therapists. Hand sanitisers are available throughout the shop, and all surfaces are sanitised regularly.

4. Payment

       •       Methods: We accept cash and transfer payments at the moment. Full payment is due at the time of service.
       •       Gratuity: Tips are appreciated but not required. They can be given directly to the therapist or added to your payment.

5. Conduct and Professionalism

       • Behaviour: Inappropriate behaviour or language will not be tolerated. This is a strictly professional, NON-SEXUAL service. Sexual harassment will not be tolerated. Our therapists are licensed professionals and should be treated with respect.
       •       Termination of Session: The therapist reserves the right to terminate the session immediately if the client displays inappropriate behaviour. Full payment will still be required.

6. Confidentiality

       •       Privacy: All client information is kept confidential. We adhere to strict privacy policies and will not share your information without your consent.
       •       Consultations: Discussions regarding your health and session details are confidential and aimed at providing the best care possible.

7. Feedback and Complaints

       •       Feedback: We value your feedback and encourage you to share your experience. It helps us improve our services.
       •       Complaints: Any complaints should be directed to management immediately to address them promptly.

8. Gift Voucher and Packages

       •       Validity: Gift certificates and package deals are valid for three months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
       •       Non-Refundable: Gift certificates and packages can be transferred to another person with prior notice.
