I am a Complementary Healthcare Practitioner and proud to be fully registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. I specialise in Advanced Holistic Massage, Sports and Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Clinical Aromatherapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Thai Yoga Therapy.

Based in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, I provide complementary therapies throughout South Wales. My experience includes supporting clients in NHS hospitals and hospices, helping individuals manage stress, anxiety, depression, women’s health concerns, chronic pain, grief, and the side effects of cancer treatment.

My passion for holistic and evidence-informed therapies led me to establish Siam Holistic Therapy — a space dedicated to enhancing physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through compassionate, research-based care.

Our practitioners are highly qualified, holding Level 6 BSc (Hons) degrees in Complementary Healthcare with Practitioner Status from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK. With extensive training in reflexology, aromatherapy, sports massage, and Thai techniques, we are committed to empowering every client to take charge of their health and well-being through personalised therapy plans.
